REFUND POLICIES

Overnight Tours

1. A full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour.
2. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a 10% fee plus ­any amounts prepaid to our suppliers will be assessed.
3. No show on the day of the tour results in no refund. 

One Day Tours

One Day Tours with a ticket:

1. Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. 
2. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, there is no refund or transfer. 

One Day Tours without a ticket:

1. Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. 
2. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a Credit Letter is issued in the amount of the tour minus any prepaid amounts. That Original Credit Letter may be used toward a future tour for up to one year from the date of issue. 
3. No show on the day of the tour, there is no refund or credit.
