6:20 a.m. Franconia Township/Souderton, Hagey Tours terminal, 210 Schoolhouse Road
6:45 a.m. Montgomeryville, Montgomery Mall, near North Wales Rd & Rte 309, Light Pole 17

*Changing of Boarding Points will not be accepted within 72 hours of departure. Sorry!
**Plan to arrive at your Departure Point at least 15 minutes prior to the stated time.

ITINERARY:
Rest stop, on own, PA Turnpike.

10:00 a.m. Arrive Gettysburg for the 145th Anniversary Battle Reenactment. Grandstand Seats for the major battles are included. Scheduled events are:

*Riveting Civil War Battles Each Day *Dramatic Pyrotecnics *Live Mortar Fire Competition *Signal Corps *Tour the Military Camps *Living History Village *Extensive Living History Programs *Two Living History Tents *Period Speakers *1860's Fashion Shows *Live Civil War Weddings *Period Worship Service *Civil War Medical Presentations *Stroll Through Sutler Row *Shop for Period Style Wares.

Extensive Living History Village – Educational and interesting Field Demonstrations and other events with interactive presentations throughout the day.

Concession stands are available.

Dos and Don'ts:
Neither coolers or backpacks are allowed. An open carry-bag is allowed and will be subject to security search.
Only small cameras and “palm corder” type movie cameras can be used. No one may stand to film at any time.
Umbrellas may be used right up until the guns can be heard marking the start of the reenactment.
Strollers are allowed but child carriers are preferred. This is farm terrain and may cause difficulty with strollers.
Wear light colored clothing, hats, comfortable shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen.
Consider bringing a small pair of binoculars. No one spot will be best for all the day’s reenactment activities.

5:30 p.m.* Depart for home. *Or at the conclusion of the last battle

9:30-10:00 p.m. Approximate arrival home.
