11:00 a.m. Arrive the Culinary Institute of America, America’s center for culinary education since 1946, Hyde Park, New York.
11:30 a.m. Enjoy your gourmet lunch, included, at the Escoffier Restaurant serving french fare. Your menu will be:
Chilled Leek and Potato Soup 2:30 p.m. Begin your guided tour of the Institute where some of the world’s finest chefs are trained. Some walking is required so, please have comfortable shoes.
Chicken breast stuffed with herb butter, coated in breadcrumbs
served with seasonal vegetables, potoato puree and demi-glace
Carmalelized Custard
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea
There are two Gift Shops, a Coffee Shop and a Bakery at the Institute for your pleasure.
4:00 p.m. Depart the Culinary Institute.
