7:00 a.m. Montgomeryville, Montgomery Mall, Route 309 & North Wales Road, Light Pole 17
7:20 a.m. New Britain, Shops at Town Center, Giant Food Store, Rte 202, Ute Rd side of lot

Itinerary:
Rest stop, on own, Garden State Parkway.

11:00 a.m. Arrive the Culinary Institute of America, America’s center for culinary education since 1946, Hyde Park, New York.

11:30 a.m. Enjoy your gourmet lunch, included, at the Escoffier Restaurant serving french fare. Your menu will be:

Chilled Leek and Potato Soup
Chicken breast stuffed with herb butter, coated in breadcrumbs
served with seasonal vegetables, potoato puree and demi-glace
Carmalelized Custard
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea

2:30 p.m. Begin your guided tour of the Institute where some of the world’s finest chefs are trained. Some walking is required so, please have comfortable shoes.

There are two Gift Shops, a Coffee Shop and a Bakery at the Institute for your pleasure.

4:00 p.m. Depart the Culinary Institute.

Rest stop, on own, Garden State Parkway.

8-9:00 p.m. Approximate arrival home.
