ITINERARY:
10:30 a.m. Arrive the Waterfront at Ehrhardt’s in Hawley, Pennsylvania. Coffee and Apple Streusel Cake are served.

11:00 a.m. Enjoy a Strudel-making demonstration and make-your-own Pretzels.

12:00 p.m. -3:30 p.m. Open Bar with Wine, Draft Beer (featuring 2 German beers on draft), and soda. Cash Bar available for other drinks. Join a 4-piece German band in fun-filled celebration of the Germanfest.

12:30 p.m. Family-style Lunch, included:

• Potato & Red Pepper Soup
• Apple Sauce
• Sauerbraten with Egg Noodles
• Wurst & Kraut
• Roast Pork w/ Gravy
• Red Cabbage

2:00 p.m. After lunch, enjoy dancing and group sing-along with the Band.

2:30 p.m. German Show and Band.
