10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.	Arrive the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville at the base of the Pocono Mountains. The Crossings features an impressive collection of the finest brands: Aeropostale, Banana Republic, Burberry, Delia’s, Izod, Jones New York, L’eggs, Liz Claiborne, London Fog, Maidenform, Reebok, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Clarks Bostonian Shoes, Nine West, Carter’s Gap Outlet for kids, Oshkosh B’Gosh, Coach Samsonite, Socks Galore, Corningware, Pfaltzgraff, Waterford, Bible Factory Outlet, Bose, Harry and David, Yankee Candle, and much more.
1:30-3:00 p.m..	Lunch, included, at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. There is an entree choice: Chicken Bianco Vino, served with rice and fresh vegetables Poached Salmon, with Caper Creme served with rice and vegetables Beef Stroganoff, served on a bed of pasta
3:30-5:00 p.m.	Get your palate ready for a delectable wine tasting at Cherry Valley Vineyards.
5:15 p.m.	Depart for home.
