Rest Stop, on own, Pennsylvania Turnpike Rest Area

11:00 a.m. Arrive the Waterfront at Ehrhardt's in Hawley, Pennsylvania. Coffee and Apple Strudel Cake are served.

11:30 a.m. Music and Dancing before Lunch.

12:30-2:00 p.m. Family-style Lunch, included:

Polish Borscht Soup
Apple Sauce
Polska Kielbasaf, Polish Kielbasa over Sauerkraut
Gesta Potranka Myslinska, Beef Stew
Haluski, Cabbage and Noodles
Placki Kartoflane, Mini Potato Pancakes
Pierogies with Sauteed Onions
Apple Crisp
Coffee, Tea and Soda included

2:00 p.m. Enjoy Music and Dancing again.

2:30 p.m. Showtime: Polish Show and Dancers! Featuring Polish Music with Jolly Joe (Al Trusztowski) and singing by Ania Piwowarczyk whose dynamic voice, interactive performance, and enthusiastic audience contact has been admired throughout the polka community.

3:30 p.m. Snack before departure.

3:45 p.m. Depart for home.
